Only candidates that are qualified and interested AND are willing to consider relocation if an agreeable offer is presented will make the cut.

How it works:

Client Briefing (start date): After your assignment is booked, an InterviewReady recruitment manager (RM) will be assigned to you. We will schedule a phone briefing with you to learn about your company, your culture, and right fit requirements. We will help you define the search criteria we will use to begin our talent pooling efforts. Your search criteria will be generated around the following categories:

  1. Role/position (what has this person done and what will he/she be doing?)
  2. Years of experience
  3. Formal education, e.g. H.S., Trade/Technical; BS/BA; Master degree; P.hD
  4. Certifications/Registrations/Designations. e.g., NATE; BSME, P.E.;

Strategy: We will write and post your job to MEP Jobs, CareerBuilder, a top local board in your area, Indeed.com and other leading career/talent portals. In addition, the following techniques will be used to yield high search results and conversion to relevant applicants.

  • A highly targeted job posting email campaign shall be sent to the registered users of MEP Jobs, CareerBuilder or Monster, and others to elicit candidate response.
  • Additional resumes shall be sourced from databases that we deem will render fresh, relevant talent. These measures assure a blanket effort is achieved to locate both "active and passive" job seekers.
  • We will then sort, review, score and short list those applicants (received from your job postings) and resumes that best meet your job specifications. These prospects are then phone interviewed.

Deliverable: We then deliver to your desktop, candidates that have passed the InterviewReady phone screen interview using the four (4) key search criteria you had provided, have expressed a sincere interest in your job and have indicated their willingness to relocate if an acceptable offer and relocation terms (if applicable) have been satisfied. The candidates being referred to you by your recruitment manager represent the "Best Available" according to the above four (4) key search criteria during a 30 calendar day window. You decide on fit, chemistry and final selection.

Completion/Timeline (30 calendar days from start): Your assignment will be considered complete upon the delivery of the Final Report that includes the "Best Available" candidates that have been forwarded to you one by one plus the balance of all other respondent resumes, applications and related documents. The final work product will be sent to you within one week of the completion of the assignment. The date of the Client Briefing is considered "Day One" of the 30 calendar day project.

Payment/Terms: InterviewReady payment is due and payable to IPG prior to Client Briefing described above. This agreement is non-cancelable after assignment has commenced.

Guarantee: Your InterviewReady team cannot guarantee you will make a hire, and it is understood that employer is solely responsible for the success of executing the hire. If you are not entirely satisfied with the value received from your InterviewReady solution, please contact your recruitment manager as soon as possible. We will then discuss options to rectify the matter to your satisfaction that may include:

  1. An extension of your assignment in an effort to flow additional qualified candidates to your desktop

    OR
  2. Provide you with a partial credit of the investment already paid toward an online job posting and resume access solution with one of Industry People Group’s online employment job boards services.
