Q: What are the final deliverables?
A:
Candidates that
have passed the InterviewReady phone screen interview using the four (4)
key search criteria you had provided, have expressed a sincere interest
in your job and have indicated their willingness to relocate if an
acceptable offer and relocation terms (if applicable) have been
satisfied. The candidates being referred to you by your recruitment
manager represent the "Best Available" according to the above four (4)
key search criteria during a 30 calendar day window. You decide on fit,
chemistry and final selection.
Q: Do you guarantee I'll hire someone?
A: Your InterviewReady team
cannot
guarantee you will make a hire, this is beyond the scope of this
agreement and beyond InterviewReady's control. If you are not entirely
satisfied with the value delivered from your Interview Ready solution,
please contact your Recruitment Manager (RM) as soon as possible. We
will then discuss options to rectify the matter to your satisfaction.
Q: What if you can't find any candidates that match my requirements?
A: If our Recruitment Managers are unable to locate candidates that are
available according to your criteria, they will consult with you
regarding what skill sets ARE
immediately
available. They will partner with you to revise the search criteria
which is intended to enable more than adequate candidate flow, yet still
provide you with complete control of the steering wheel. Our goal is to
meet your needs without sacrificing quality.
Q: How long will the process take?
A: The InterviewReady solution is 30 calendar days
in duration.
Q: What if I am only interested in local candidates?
A: Our goal is to land you the talent you need and to find you only
local candidates if that is your requirement, however, this will greatly
decrease your candidate pool. You may open up your search to other
geographic areas at any time during the 30 calendar days if searching
local isn’t providing desired results.
It may be
advised that you will need to utilize only local staffing resources to
land the recruit(s) you desire.
