As an employer, your
log on to this site constitutes immediate access to MEP Jobs'
proprietary property. As such, you hereby agree to the terms and
conditions to pay in full your invoiced amounts. All sales are final. If
a Company Profile is included in your purchase, you are limited to
creating profiles for your company only (exception: 3rd
parties such as advertising agencies may post profiles for their clients
who are also posting jobs on MEP Jobs).
Use Limitations
This Web site is for your personal use
only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, copy,
distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license,
create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products
or services obtained from or available as part of or in conjunction with
the Web site. As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to
MEP Jobs that you will not use this website for any purpose that is
unlawful under these terms, conditions and notices.
Trademarks
Among the trademarks and service marks
owned by MEP Jobs are mepjobs.com and the respective logos of the pages
in the site. All other trademarks and trade names are the property of
their respective owners, and shall be treated as proprietary property.
Responsibility
MEP Jobs does not monitor this site at
all times, therefore we take no responsibility for any material input by
users of this website. User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely
responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of any resume or
material placed or posted to our resume files, job posting files or
company profile files. We are not responsible for the content of any
other websites linked to MEP Jobs does not warrant that a resume or a
job posting will be viewed by a specific number of users.
Site Use Notice
The MEP Jobs website may be used for
lawful purposes only by individuals seeking employment and employers
seeking employees. MEP Jobs strictly prohibits any use of this site for
any of the following:
- Job Seekers: Do not post to MEP Jobs any
incomplete, false or inaccurate resume information or information
that is not your own accurate resume. Do not post non-resume
information such as opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise.
- Do not respond to any employment posting at MEP Jobs except to
apply for the job. Soliciting the employer's business through this
Web site by any individual for any purpose commercial or non, is
strictly prohibited, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent of the law.
- Do not delete or revise any material posted by any other person
or entity.
- Security Rules: Users are prohibited from
violating or attempting to violate the security of MEP Jobs,
accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server
or account without authorization. Probing, scanning, testing, or
attempting to "flood or overload" the system or attempt to cause
vulnerability to a system or network within MEP Jobs is prohibited,
and such violation may result in civil or criminal liability. MEP

both Jobseekers and Employers wishing to hide contact information, and
to remain anonymous with regard to their intent. MEP Jobs will not
warrant that any anonymous posting by Jobseeker or Employer will remain
totally confidential or anonymous, and that the confidentiality of such
anonymous postings are also subject to the information posted by the
user in the "specific qualifications" area of the resume posting form
for Job Seekers, and the "specific job responsibilities" area of the
posting form for Employers. Users agree to hold MEP Jobs harmless for
any damage or harm caused as a result of a user discovering or
determining the identity of a Job Seeker or Employer that resulted in
any action against them.
Use of Information
MEP Jobs reserves the right to use any
of the information posted by Job Seekers and Employers at its
discretion. We may use it to contact other Employers about our services.
We may, from time to time, allow other firms to offer services and
products to you. If you wish to discontinue receiving any information,

Modification of Terms and Conditions
MEP Jobs reserves the right to modify,
change or amend the rules, terms and conditions of this website at any

You use this site at your own risk. The

applicable law, MEP Jobs and its affiliates disclaim all warranties of
