Benefits:
Benefits furnished are: 1) Holidays: VAC has five (5) holidays; New Years Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. After one (1) year of full time employment you will receive these holidays off with eight (8) hours of normal pay. The first year you will have these days off without pay. 2) Vacation: After one (1) year of full employment you will be entitled to forty (40) hours of vacation with pay. After ten (10) years full time employment you will be entitled to an additional five (5) days of vacation time, time off only. Four (4) of the Five (5) days must be taken between Christmas and New Years. If your service is less than one (1) year, no vacation time accumulates. After the first year, vacation time accumulates on a monthly basis. 3) You enroll in the 401-K program after one (1) year of employment. (4) Life, AD&D and Medical program - you must have been employed full time for more than eleven (11) months to be eligible.
